Hospitality Committee
The Hospitality Committee works on three events:
Staff Appreciation Breakfast
Art Show
Staff Appreciation Lunch
Staff Appreciation Breakfast: Held during National Education Week in November.
Art Show Drinks and Snacks: Typically held the first Tuesday in May.
Staff Appreciation Lunch: Held during Teacher Appreciation Week (the first full week of May).
Chair Responsibilities
Committee Responsibilities include confirming dates and attendee number for events and ensuring operations can arrange tables needed, kitchen awareness etc. Solicit donations via SignUpGenius, which can be publicized in Booster emails and principal newsletters. Purchase main course for Teacher Appreciation lunch and solicit donations for sides / desserts. Create flyers and have email invitations sent to staff. Coordinate the receipt of donations, setup for the events and ensure food is available throughout the timeframes. Additionally, the committee should inventory the two bins in the booster closet and report at Booster board meetings.

Glenbard South Art Show & Staff Appreciation Lunch
May is just around the corner and that means it’s time for the Glenbard South Art Show and Teacher Appreciation Week! Boosters is coordinating an appreciation lunch for the Glenbard South Staff and Teachers on Friday, May 5th and treats for the Art show the same week on Tuesday, May 2nd. We need your help providing sides and desserts for the lunch and art show.
